Elizabeth Jane Hurley was an English actress, model and TV personality that gained notoriety in the 1990s when she became Hugh Grant's girlfriend. Hurley was instantly noticed by media as Grant gained worldwide attention because of the success in the film Four Weddings and a Funeral. Hurley accompanied Grant at the Los Angeles premiere of the film wearing a Versace Dress that had a plunge, and was held by gold safetypins. One of the highlights of Hurley's professional life is her relationship with the cosmetics company Estee Lauder. Hurley began her modeling contract with the company at the age of 29 years old. Since then, the company has used Hurley as a product model particularly for perfumes such as Sensuous Intuitions as well as Pleasures. In the popular spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (1998), she played Vanessa Kensington. Hurley is the owner of an eponymous swimming brand and also models it. Katy Perry..........................Katy Perry original name Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, (born October 25 1984 Santa Barbara California U.S.) American pop singer who gained fame for a string of anthemic and often sexually suggestive hit songs as well as for a playfully cartoonish sense of style. Perry's first attempts at fame in the mainstream were unsuccessful, with two different record labels signing her and subsequently dropping her before she had any new material released. In 2007, however, Capitol Records put out Perry's EP Ur So Gay which attracted only a little attention because of its playful title track. I kissed a Girl - an ode of sexual curiosity - was dropped a couple of months later. It had a hard electro-pop style and an assertive position. Some critics accused the song of promoting homosexual relationships and others believed the song's sexually explicit lyrics were meant to appeal to male fantasies. I Kissed a Girl became a worldwide number-one hit due to the combination of titillation with a polished tune. The song also assisted her to sell more albums, including The One of the Boys. Hot N Cold was a hit in America, and the album's second single Hot N Cold with its sharp tongued bouncy beat also was a hit.
